Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Korynevych Anton Oleksandrovych
He was born on 13 February 1986 in Kyiv.
In 2009 he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in International Law and got qualification of an international lawyer and interpreter from the English language.
On 23 May 2011 he defended a candidate thesis in legal sciences on theme “International law”.
Since September of 2011 – Assistant of the desk for International Law at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Since July 2016 – Associate Professor of International law at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Since April 2019 – deputy Director on scientific and pedagogical work of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
In 2019, by the Presidential Decree, dated 25 June № 454 he was appointed as the Permanent Representative of the president of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Until 2014, she resided in the city of Yalta, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Ukraine. After the occupation, she replaced to Kyiv.
In 2008 she graduated from the Republican Higher Educational Establishment “Crimean Humanitarian University” with a degree on History and Jurisprudence.
In 2013 she graduated from the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs with a degree on Jurisprudence.
A graduator of the Ukrainian Educational Program “We know Human Rights” as well as educational programs of the European Human Rights Advocacy Center, Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, Aspen Institute Kyiv etc. Since 2012 till 2017 – a national coordinator of the International distance training “Human rights standards in the practice of lawyers” (an educational program of the Human Rights House Network “Protecting Community Interests under International Law”. Norway).
From 2012 to 2019 – an individual entrepreneur. Private legal practice. Cooperation with the civic organization “Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union” on human rights protection under temporarily occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol, coordinator of the educational programs for lawyers ( a training cause “Human rights standards in the practice of lawyers and judges” etc.)
The co-author of the numerous analytical outputs, shadow reports on human rights situation under the armed conflict in Ukraine, including the occupation of the Crimean peninsula, the chapters of the reports of civic organizations “Human Rights in Ukraine, analytical legal reviews of human rights under the occupation “Crimea without rules” etc.
A member of the Working group on reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of the Commission on legal Reforms under the President of Ukraine.

TASHEVA Tamila Ravilivna
She was born in 1985 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, in a family of deported Crimean Tatars.
In 1991, like most Crimean Tatars, the family returned to Crimea.
In 2007 she graduated from the Faculty of Crimean Tatar and Oriental Philology of the V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University.
During 2007 – 2008 worked as an assistant consultant in the newspaper “Avdet” and was the editor of “Media-Crimea”.
In 2008-2009 – Analyst consultant of the political party “Our Ukraine”.
From 2009 to 2010 – Assistant Consultant to MP at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In 2010 – 2012 – PR director at “Nash Format” Art Agency.
During 2012 – 2014 – PR manager at “Hoshva PR”.
Tamila Tasheva was an active participant during the Ukrainian events of 2004 and 2013-2014, that made history of Ukraine under the names of Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity. Before the occupation of Crimea, she implemented a number of cultural and educational projects and public initiatives, promoted the Crimean Tatar culture in Ukraine, organized art festivals and events, actively participated in the life of Ukrainian civil society and its development.
In February 2014, Tamila Tasheva became a co-founder and a member of the board of NGO “CrimeaSOS”, whose activities are aimed at highlighting the illegality of the occupation of Crimea and the repressive policy of the Russian Federation, maintaining connections between the peninsula with the mainland Ukraine, as well as the consolidation of Ukrainian society through the protection of rights, freedoms and interests of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and others who were affected by armed the conflict in eastern Ukraine and Crimea.
Tamila Tasheva represented the interests of Ukraine at dozens of international events to cover the human rights situation in Crimea, as well as the rights of internally displaced persons. She has also participated in education programs in the United States of America, such as the International Visitor Leadership Program, being first nominated by Ukraine as the Representative of Ukrainian civil society in 2017.
Since January 2019 – Board Member of the International Renaissance Foundation.
In 2019, she was awarded the Order of Princess Olga III degree for her contribution to the strife for freedom, human rights and dignity.
In November 2019, she was awarded the prestigious Polish human rights award Sergio Vieira di Mello Polish Prize in the nomination “Personality”.
Tamila Tasheva was appointed as the Deputy Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by the order of the President of Ukraine dated 25 October 2019 №357/2019.
