{"id":45770,"date":"2023-11-06T08:32:07","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T06:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/?post_type=documents&#038;p=45770"},"modified":"2023-12-13T13:09:57","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T11:09:57","slug":"strategy-for-cognitive-deoccupation-of-crimea","status":"publish","type":"documents","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/documents\/strategy-for-cognitive-deoccupation-of-crimea\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategy for the cognitive deoccupation of Crimea"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategy for the cognitive deoccupation of Crimea<\/strong> is a declaration of intent based on the findings of semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted anonymously with 22 professional Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar experts representing various sectors and professional fields (civil servants, media, NGOs, education, strategic communications, social psychology, historical memory, military, identity studies, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ultimate goal of the cognitive deoccupation<\/strong> is the value transformation of the perception and life of Crimea and the reintegration of its residents into the Ukrainian socio-political and cultural spaces, as well as the provision of reliable guarantees for human development prospects.
