The amendments update the action plan to take into account the realities of the full-scale invasion and the experience of restoring the de-occupied territories, in particular Kherson region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Mission supplemented the new plan with tasks to develop a draft law on the peculiarities of restoring public authorities in the liberated Crimea, as well as to define criteria for assessing the holding of elections in the de-occupied territory.
