The Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea heartily congratulates you on the Knowledge Day!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first of September is always an important and exciting day in the life of every person, a bright holiday, which embodies new beginnings and achievements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This day is especially significant for children who firstly go to school and the youth, starting their way to obtain higher professionalism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The State of Ukraine provides free access to quality education for Crimean residents, guarantees the receiving of Ukrainian diplomas and certificates that are recognized by the whole civilized world, open up a decent and prospective future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Congratulations!
