{"id":28422,"date":"2016-12-19T17:00:08","date_gmt":"2016-12-19T17:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/ukrainian-education-is-a-guarantee-of-a-high-potential-future\/"},"modified":"2016-12-19T17:00:08","modified_gmt":"2016-12-19T17:00:08","slug":"ukrainian-education-is-a-guarantee-of-a-high-potential-future","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/ukrainian-education-is-a-guarantee-of-a-high-potential-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukrainian education is a guarantee of a high-potential future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The state of Ukraine carries out measures to maintain and provide a communication with the citizens of Ukraine, who are forced to live in the conditions of the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The development of new technologies allow eliminating any obstacles to obtain the Ukrainian education by the residents of the Crimea Peninsula by means of the organized distance\u00a0 process of education based on the use of information and telecommunication technologies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The distance (online) learning is one of the modern forms in the education system of Ukraine that ensures the realization of constitutional right to obtain education and gives an opportunity to get documents of corresponding educational level in a state-approved format.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The citizens of Ukraine, who live on the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, can use a system of distance (online) process of education, having chosen any educational establishment in Ukraine from the list approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Capital Centre of Open Education\u201d is a project where teachers and pupils can find useful and trustworthy materials for distance education, in particular, the electronic versions of the Ukrainian school textbooks and reference books for all classes and is a base for distance education developed and implemented by the lectors of the Institute of Postgraduate Education attached to Kyiv University named after Borys Grinchenko in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The admission to the distance education is carried out at the written application of a child\u2019s parents (one of the parents) or legal representative of a minor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The citizens of Ukraine, who live on the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, may get help and consultations regarding obtaining Ukrainian education in the Department of General Secondary and Preschool Education attached to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by calling +38 (044) 481-47-69 or applying to the Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by\u00a0 convenient means of communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":28423,"template":"","publication-type":[43],"class_list":["post-28422","press-center","type-press-center","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","publication-type-news"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
