{"id":29156,"date":"2018-04-10T07:18:16","date_gmt":"2018-04-10T07:18:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/ukrenergo-starts-debating-with-russia-on-asserts-in-crimea\/"},"modified":"2018-04-10T07:18:16","modified_gmt":"2018-04-10T07:18:16","slug":"ukrenergo-starts-debating-with-russia-on-asserts-in-crimea","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/ukrenergo-starts-debating-with-russia-on-asserts-in-crimea\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abUkrenergo\u00bb starts debating with Russia on asserts in Crimea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to acting manager of NEC \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb Vsevolod Kovalchuk a few days ago \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb sent to the authorities of the state aggressor an official statement about the investment disputes over the asserts of the company in Crimea.<!--more-->The NEC \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb will be represented by the lawyers of the International Law Firm \u00abCovington &amp; Burling LLP\u00bb, which previously helped to submit a similar claim for the PJSC \u00abUkrtransgas\u00bb of Ukraine and provides legal services to Ukraine in the inter State legal proceedings against Russia.<\/p>\n<p>If the NEC \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb could not manage to settle a dispute with Russia peacefully by the end of September, the company could file a claim against Russia to the International Arbitration as it has been successfully done by the PJSC \u00abUkrtransgas\u00bb.
