{"id":29637,"date":"2018-08-16T17:27:49","date_gmt":"2018-08-16T17:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/working-meeting-on-implementation-of-restrictive-measures\/"},"modified":"2018-08-16T17:27:49","modified_gmt":"2018-08-16T17:27:49","slug":"working-meeting-on-implementation-of-restrictive-measures","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/working-meeting-on-implementation-of-restrictive-measures\/","title":{"rendered":"Working meeting on implementation of restrictive measures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 16 August the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine Izet Gdanov together with the First deputy Minister of Infrastructure Juriy Lavrynjuk held an inter-ministerial meeting to agree actions on implementation of restrictive measures (sanctions) applied against individuals and entities, particularly blocking of their assets in the territory of Ukraine<!--more-->.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting brought together the representatives of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Justice, Security Service of Ukraine, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and other establishments and institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting focused on the mechanisms of implementation of special restrictive measures (sanctions) against the perpetrators, particularly against the vessel under the RF Flag \u00abMekhanik Pogodin\u00bb which constituted property of the company of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine \u201cAbout Sanctions\u201d the above-mentioned company is included into sanction\u2019s list for the next three years by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, adopted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 14 May 2018 \u2116 126\/2018.
