The Head of the Department of International Connection Yevhen Samuha and the Chief Consultant of the Department of Legal Analysis participated in the meeting. The Mission\u2019s position was highlighted concerning the current juridical and political risks existing for the vessels flying the Flag of Ukraine and the state property of Ukraine due to the collaboration with occupying authorities of RF in Crimea and the institutions with sanction being imposed. In particular, the attention was drawn to the vessels passing through the Kerch \u2013 Yenicale Canal and the lack of the current legal framework to use the Kerch Straight.
