{"id":29796,"date":"2018-09-18T18:04:01","date_gmt":"2018-09-18T18:04:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/cooperation-of-the-mission-and-the-parliament-committee-for-informatization-and-communications\/"},"modified":"2018-09-18T18:04:01","modified_gmt":"2018-09-18T18:04:01","slug":"cooperation-of-the-mission-and-the-parliament-committee-for-informatization-and-communications","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/cooperation-of-the-mission-and-the-parliament-committee-for-informatization-and-communications\/","title":{"rendered":"Cooperation of the Mission and the Parliament Committee for Informatization and Communications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 18 September 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin reported at the meeting of the Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine f<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or Informatization and Communications concerning the issues of broadcasting, press, informatization and electronic networks in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the participants of the Committee were the Head of the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine, Director of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Broadcasting, Radiocommunications &amp;\u00a0Television Concern, Director of the Department of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, Director of the Department of Communication of National Commission for the state regulation of communication and informatization, the Deputy Head of the Directorate of the Ministry of the temporarily Occupied Territories and IDP\u2019s of Ukraine, representatives of other state bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/vzayemodiya-predstavnytstva-z-parlamentskym-komitetom-z-pytan-informatyzatsiyi-ta-zv-yazku\/received_2176534872585236\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13001\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13001 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/received_2176534872585236.jpeg\" alt=\" width=\"1728\" height=\"1296\" \/><\/a>Borys Babin stressed<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in his report on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">illegal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">establishing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Russian <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">information network<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mobile and Internet communication<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, printed media, post service<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tele-radio communication<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by the state-aggressor <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bodies and entitites <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the occupied Crimea. A special attention was paid to illegal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Russian TV and radio <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">broadcasting spread over the temporarily occupied territory and the adjacent districts of Kherson region. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, he raised the issues of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">illegal p<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ost<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> services, carried out from the temporarily occupied Crimea<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> urgently needed to be elaborated by the \u201cUkrposhta\u201d departments and improvement of sanctioning policy to be implemented in this sphere. During the discussion the members of the Committee paid their attention to the national organizational and legal response to the current informational and communication situation in the occupied territory and the international pressure on the state-aggressor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the result, the Committee supported the relevant tasks of the Plan of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rgent <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">easures on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ounteraction of Russia\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ggression from the TOT of Ukraine in Crimea, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on P<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rotection of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nterests of State, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of C<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">itizens of Ukraine and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukrainian <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">egal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ersons in Crimea fo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2018<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2019 and approved a number of specific measures for parliamentary response. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":29797,"template":"","publication-type":[43],"class_list":["post-29796","press-center","type-press-center","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","publication-type-news"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
