On 18 September a Chess Tournament was held within a celebration of European Sports Week in Ukraine at the Olimpiyskiy National Sport Complex. The Tournament was supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine under the supervision of the European Commission<\/span>. Among the attendants of the event were the Head of the Department of International Connections of the Mission Yevhen Samuha, representatives of foreign diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan, France, Georgia, Indonesia, Spain, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Portuguese, central executive bodies as well as activists of the capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"<\/a>The members of National Chess Team of Ukraine, grandmasters Julia Osmak, and Volodymyr Baklan played chess on twenty boards simultaneously<\/span>.<\/b> The guests of the tournament were greeted by Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports on European Integration Mykola Movchan.
