On 28 September a regular Working Group meeting, headed by the Permanent Representative of President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin took place in order to discuss the issues on counteracting the illegal influence of the state \u2013 aggressor on the trade navigation and other form of maritime economics. The First Deputy Izet Gdanov, the officials of the Mission and the authorized representatives of the central executive bodies of Ukraine were involved into the Working Group meeting.<\/p>\n

During this meeting the discussed issues concerned:<\/p>\n

– the state informational policy in the sphere of illegal activity of the aggressor in the occupied Crimea and maritime spaces around the peninsula, in particular for the violations of safety of navigation and freedom of the sea usage;<\/p>\n

– the collection of evidentiary basis to bring the state-aggressor and Russian authorized bodies in its jurisdiction to justice in accordance with the international law , as well as including the violators into the sanction lists to provide the efficient implosion of sanctions against them by the executive authorized bodies;<\/p>\n

– the improvement of legislation to provide safety of the trade navigation and other forms of sea usage.<\/p>\n
