On 23 October the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin and the Chief Consultant of the Department of International Connections of the Mission Valeria Pakhomova held a working meeting with the member of the Accounting Chamber Ukraine Vasyl Nevidomyi and the Chamber`s officials. During the meeting, a great range of issues was discussed, particularly the efficient use of budgetary funds to respect for the rights, freedoms and legal interests of the persons, replaced from the TOT of Ukraine in Crimea, to provide the deported persons with housing and financial assistance.
\nBorys Babin emphasized the current activity of the Mission aimed at the establishment and equipment of the administrative service centers in the districts, adjacent to the temporarily occupied Crimea, provision of housing to Crimeans and the administrative, transport, medical and educational services to be available for the residents of TOT in the mainland Ukraine. The problems and solutions of the Unified Information Database of Internally Displaced Persons were discussed. During the meeting, the particular provisions of the Audit Report, approved by the Decision of the Accounting Chamber, dated on 25 September 2018 \u2116 24-3, have been assessed in the context of the efficiency of using the funds of the State Budget to provide the IDPs with the monthly personalized support to cover the cost of housing.
