These are the so-called join-stock companies \u201cSanatorium Ay Petri\u201d, \u201cSanatorium Dyulber\u201d, \u201cSanatorium Miskhor\u201d, \u201cKrymteploelektrotsentral\u201d (\u201cKrymtets\u201d) and so-called limited liability companies\u00a0 \u201cInfrastructure Projects Management Company\u201d, \u201cSouthern Project\u201d and \u201cGarant\u2011SV\u201d together with the supervised entity \u00abMriya Resort &amp; Spa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The OFAC sanctions, imposed against \u201cKrymtets\u201d will directly affect the attempts of the occupiers to exploit two thermal electro stations, built in Crimea. The above-mentioned stations are equipped with the European machinery and use natural gas, stolen from the Ukrainian depths. OFAC explains that sanctions against \u201cMriya Resort &amp; Spa\u201d were imposed due to the so-called \u201cYalta International Economic Forum\u201d was held by the \u201cGarant-SV\u201d, supervised by Russian \u201cSberbank\u201d. Sanctions against LLC \u201cInfrastructure Projects Management Company\u201d were imposed due to the fact that it was this entity \u201cpurchased\u201d the sanatoriums \u201cAy Petri\u201d, \u201cDyulber\u201d and \u201cMiskhor\u201d, stolen from Ukraine. The sanctions were imposed also against the beneficiary of\u201cInfrastructure Projects Management Company\u201d Vladimir Zaritsky, the ex-head of Missile and Artillery Forces of Russian Armed Forces.
