On 25 November the Head of the Department of International Connections of the Mission Yevhen Samukha took part in the conference “Human Rights in Crimea: German\u2019s outlook”, held in Kyiv.\u00a0The organizers of the conference were the civic organization “Crimea SOS” and German non-governmental organization “Solidarit\u00e4t mit der B\u00fcrgerbewegung in Russland eV”, commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany to implement the project on support of the public activity and human rights monitoring in the post-soviet countries.<\/p>\n
During the conference, the study was presented on how and what extent the situation related to the attempt of Crimea annexation highlighted outside of Ukraine and in Germany significantly.<\/p>\n
Then the present speakers Rebecca Harms, the Deputy of European Parliament, represented Germany, Oleksiy Kozlov, the Director of non-governmental organization “Solidarit\u00e4t mit der B\u00fcrgerbewegung in Russland eV”, Tamila Tysheva, board chairmen of the civic organization “Crimea SOS” together with the participants of the conference discussed the permanent deterioration of the situation related to the respect for human rights in the occupied peninsula facing Ukraine and what steps should be taken by the Ukrainian stakeholders (politicians, human rights defenders, journalists etc.) to improve information policy abroad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":30191,"template":"","publication-type":[43],"class_list":["post-30190","press-center","type-press-center","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","publication-type-news"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
