On 5 December 2018 the round table on theme \u201cSanctions against Russia: How to preserve the European Unity?\u201d was held by the initiative of the New Europe Center. At the round table, the validity of continuation of sanctions against Russia discussed particularly with the view to continue sanctions automatically.<\/p>\n
The EU state-members expressed their position on the sectoral sanctions extension against Russia. The infographics on the influence of sanctions against Russia and Russian anti – sanctions on the economy of the European Union were presented with the analytical comments on the effects of sanctions, imposed against Russia.<\/p>\n
During the event, it was reviewed the prospects of holding a meeting of the EU state-members on 13 December 2018 to discuss the extension and strengthening of sanctions against Russia.<\/p>\n
