TANKER\u201d against the Azov Black Sea regional department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the captain of Kherson sea port on obligations to carry out such actions, recognition the actions as unlawful and overturning the previous trial\u00a0 decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was involved in proceedings as a third party at the respondent\u2019s side without any distinct claims.<\/p>\n<p>The Fifth Appellate Administrative Court by its decision upheld the decision of Kherson district court, dismissing the claimant\u2019s appeal<\/p>\n<p>We commended all the state authorities for their clear legal position and the actions, taken in favor of the state.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":30487,"template":"","publication-type":[43],"class_list":["post-30486","press-center","type-press-center","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","publication-type-news"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
