{"id":31174,"date":"2020-10-14T09:25:10","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T09:25:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/the-leadership-mission-s-team-congratulates-ukrainians-on-the-day-of-defender-of-ukraine\/"},"modified":"2020-10-14T09:25:10","modified_gmt":"2020-10-14T09:25:10","slug":"the-leadership-mission-s-team-congratulates-ukrainians-on-the-day-of-defender-of-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/the-leadership-mission-s-team-congratulates-ukrainians-on-the-day-of-defender-of-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"The Leadership Mission\u2019s team congratulates Ukrainians on the Day of Defender of Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more than six years, the daily struggle for de-occupation, restoration of the territorial integrity, independence and sovereignty has continued, We are grateful to everybody who have made efforts in this fight, those, who continue to defend Ukraine and those who have given their lives for their homeland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>With gratitude and deep respect, we publish a list of those who lost their lives in the Russian-Ukrainian war between 2014 and 2020 who were born or lived in Crimea:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Andrushchenko Mykola Anatolievych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (\u201cCrimea\u201d) He was born on 28 April 1984 in the village of Tsilynne, Dzhankoy District.\u00a0He lived in Djankoy.\u00a0From the first days of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict 2014 took part on the side of the Ukrainian armed forces as a volunteer.\u00a0He served as a senior reconnaissance officer for the Deep Reconnaissance Company of 74 separate reconnaissance battalions with the rank of senior soldier.\u00a0He was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 04.12.2014. 915 \/ 2014. According to this order \u00abcyborgs\u00bb &#8211; legendary defenders of Donetsk airport were awarded, so it is assumed that Nikolay Andruschenko was one of them, but it has not been possible to verify this. On 18 June 2016, in the Luhansk (Bakhmut) region of Luhansk (Donetsk) in front of a deep-sea reconnaissance company, he stumbled upon a stretch in an anti-personnel mine, warned his fellow soldiers of the danger and took another step towards saving the comrades. He was buried on 21 June 2016 in Dnieper in Krasnopol Cemetery. He left his wife and son. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 310\/2016, dated July 23, 2016 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb II degree posthumously.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Balkovyi Oleksandr Anatoliyovych (\u201cBalka\u201d) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orn on December 20, 1975 in Alushta. He resided in Kiev (Solomyansky district). He was a serviceman of 90th separate landing assault battalion \u00abZhytomyr\u00bb 81st <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u041e\u0410\u0415\u041c\u0411\u0440.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0In the war, he volunteered as part of the battalion \u00abDonbass\u00bb, in which he served from April to June 2014, in August was called into the ranks of VSU, moved to the airborne brigade.\u00a0Military specialty &#8211; shooter.\u00a0Participant of heroic defense of Donetsk airport ( \u00abcyborg\u00bb). He was hospitalized with contusion, severe chest and rib injuries, and underwent surgery after a knee injury.\u00a0After being rehabilitated, he went to the front lines.\u00a0After the fighting in the Sands and the Water, he was sent back to the hospital for treatment.\u00a0He died of cardiac arrest on January 26, 2016, unable to withstand the pressure.\u00a0He left his wife and 10-year-old daughter.\u00a0He was buried in the Berkovtsk cemetery in Kiev.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><b>Banas Juriy Oleksandrovych. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 22 November 1978 in Rozdolne.After graduating from high school, he became a driver, served as a conscript in the APU, after demobilization, he merried.\u00a0He lived in the Zelenodolsk of Apostolsky District of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, from where he was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine on April 6, 2014. By 2008, he worked as a driver of the automotive workshop of Kryvorizhska TES. As a staff sergeant, he served as the senior driver of the 93rd Independent Mechanized Brigade. He died on August 29, 2014 at a crossroads from the village of Pobeda to the village of Novokaterynivka at the exit of the Ilovay cauldron.\u00a0He was buried in Zelenoudolske.\u00a0He left his wife and daughter.\u00a0A plaque was erected at 13 Sadova Street, where Yuri Banas lived.\u00a0By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 9\/2016, dated 16 January 2016, he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Byelkin Andriy Volodymyrivych.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 2 July 1977 in Alushta\u00a0Lieutenant Colonel, a peacekeeper warrior, commander of the helicopter wing of the 16th Separate Army Aviation Brigade.\u00a0He died on 24 June 2014 in the Slavyansk Donetsk Oblast in the area of Mount Karachun in a hijacked military helicopter Mi-8, who was returning from a checkpoint with specialists who were installing equipment for space monitoring of armistice violations in the ATO zone. A wife and three children remained, a son of 14 years and two daughters of 12 and 3 years old. He was buried in Radyvyliv, Rivne Oblast. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 599\/2014, dated 19 July 2014, he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree posthumously..\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Brychuk Oleksandr Vasylyovych.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 11 May 1976 in Sevastopol.\u00a0He organized competitions for young rescue workers, practiced full-contact karate, directed sports and health camp.\u00a0He was the head of the Sevastopol city department of the All-ukrainian Public Children\u2019s Movement \u00abSchool of Safety\u00bb, was the coach of the team. After the annexation of Crimea left the peninsula, volunteered in the battalion of the patrol service of the special-purpose militia \u00abShakhtersk\u00bb SP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnepropetrovsk region. He was a specialist of the material support group, died on August 16, 2014, with an intelligence group was ambushed in the area of Krasnogorivka, Maryinsky District, Donetsk Oblast.He left two daughters. He was buried in Lozova in Kharkiv region, where his parents lived.\u00a0By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 873\/2014 of 14 November 2014 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Broshchak Igor Kazymyrovych.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 1 November 1970 in the village of Ryumshyne, Dzhankoy District. After his birth his parents returned to the native village of Nesolon, Novohrad-Volynsky district of Zhytomyr region. He was educated welder, driver, worked as a tractor operator and combiner, and before the war often went to work. Mobilized on 24 April 2015; according to the testimony of the villagers, he joined the army in place of his eldest son. He served as a soldier of the 101st Independent Security Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. He died on 19 June 2016 while performing a combat mission in the ATO holding area after being shot in the temple. He left his wife and four children behind. Buried in his parents&#8217; village.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vozhdayev Pavlo Oleksandrovych.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 6 May 1976 in Kerch (according to other sources &#8211; in Mykolaiv), he lived and served there. At the rank of Staff Sergeant, he commanded the anti-tank platoon of the 1st Marine Autonomous Brigade of the 36th Marine Brigade. After the occupation of Crimea by Russian troops came to the mainland Ukraine, in the beginning ATO went to the front<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The family stayed in Kerch. On 18 July 2016, he died in hospital after suffering shrapnel wounds to the head, leg and chest as a result of the firing of an anti-tank rocket launcher near Mariupol. He was buried in Mykolaiv. By Decree of the President of Ukraine 421\/2016 of September 29, 2016 he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Gryaznov Borys Olegovych. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on February 27, 1985 in the village of Novohryhorivka, Nyzhnihorsk district (according to other data \u2013 the city of\u00a0 Zaporozhya). Ensign of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Chief of the Zaporizhia Public Order Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. On 24 August 2014, as part of a column of the National Guard, the National Guard was ambushed by terrorists near the village of Novoivanivka, Amvrosiivsky District, Donetsk Oblast, at an abandoned roadblock. Along with 24 other soldiers, the wounded were taken prisoner. Buried in an unmarked mass grave. According to the data of the search mission \u00abEvacuation-200\u00bb ( \u00abBlack tulip\u00bb), on October 10, 2014 the body was exhumed and temporarily buried in the Dnieper, after identification by DNA tests re-buried on June 20, 2015 in Zaporozhya in the Pravoberezhne Cemetery. According to data received from mobile network operators, since December 23, 2014 was in the hospital \u00abVoenved\u00bb of the city of Rostov (Russian Federation). According to human rights defenders, as of May 2015 it could be in a Russian remand centre. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine of September 15, 2015 546\/2015 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Gumenyuk Oleksandr Glibovych. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on May 4, 1992 in Djankoy. From a young age he was interested in history. He received a higher education in Simferopol. Since the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity, he traveled to Maidan in Kiev. From July 2014 all the time he served on the front line in the rank of the second lieutenant of the commander of the howitzer battery 24 OSHB \u00abAydar\u00bb. He participated in the fights for Shchastya, Stanytsa Luhanskaya, Tryohizbenka, in special operations in the area of Bakhmut and Lysychansk. He left his military unit in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where he was on rotation, and did not return. On 2 April 2019 he was found dead, with his face mutilated, in a woodland near Kharkiv. He was buried in Berdichiv (Zhytomyr Oblast).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Doronin Juriy Viktorovych \u201cYustas\u201d<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 29 October 1978 in Kerch. He lived in Lviv. From May to the end of August 2014 he was in the volunteer battalion \u00abShakhtersky\u00bb. In February 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and since 30 April 2015 was in the ATO holding zone. Soldier of the 93rd Independent Mechanized Brigade (Cherkasy, Dnepropetrovsk Oblast). He died on July 24, 2015 near the village of Pisky, Yasynuvatsky District, Donetsk Oblast. Left a pregnant wife, two sons and a daughter. He was buried in Lviv in the Lychakiv cemetery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Yevsukov Oleksandr Yevheniyovych \u201cDoc\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was born on January 8, 1978 in the city Staryi Crimea (AP Crimea). Graduate of the Crimean Medical University, children\u2019s doctor in specialty. In 2004, he moved to Kherson. Participant of the Dignity Revolution and Kherson Automaidan. He went to war in August 2014. As a senior soldier, he served as a health instructor of the 3rd separate battalion \u00abPhoenix\u00bb of the 79th separate airmobile brigade Always trying to be on the front lines. He was killed on 21 February 2015 in a battle in the village of Shyrokyno near Mariupol, after being ambushed by a reconnaissance unit 24 hours after being fired by terrorists from tanks and mortars, and the next day an operation was carried out to relieve the group. He left his son. He was buried in Kherson in the cemetery of the Geologists (memorial to the dead ATO fighters). By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 546\/2015 of September 15, 2015 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zhekov Maksym Petrovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He was born on 22 August 1985 in Sevastopol. He grew up in the village of Alexandrivka, Bilozerskyi District, Kherson Oblast. In 2008 he graduated from the National Juridical Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav Mudryi, having received a specialty of legal profession. He was an investigator in one of the district police departments, from the internal affairs agencies. After he retired, he continued working as a lawyer in a private firm. Since 2013, he has he held the post of Head of the Legal Aid Sector of the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine in Kherson Oblast. In June 2014, he returned to the ranks of the militia with the rank of second lieutenant and went to the war as a volunteer, becoming the senior inspector of the platoon of the patrol service battalion of the special-purpose militia \u00abKherson\u00bb UMVD of Ukraine in the Kherson region.He died on August 26, 2014 in the Ilovay Cauldron. He was buried in Alexandrovka.\u00a0By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 873\/2014 of 14 November 2014 Zhekov Maksym was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously. In early February 2015, a commemorative board was installed at the school where Maxim Zhekov studied.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zaitsev Juriy Anatoliyovych<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was born on 28 October 1971 in Feodosia. Sailor of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade. He died on 1 December 2016 while serving in the village of Chermalyk, Volnovaskyi District, Donetsk Oblast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zatyluyk Oleksiy Oleksandrovych \u201cBryz\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He was born on 18 July 1990 in St. Lenino (Edu-Kuu).Together with his family he moved to Kharkiv, where he graduated from the educational complex 45 \u00abAcademic Gymnasium\u00bb of the Kharkiv City Council. After the 1st course of the Chemistry Faculty of Kharkiv National University named after. V.M. Karazina dropped out of school due to lack of will and went to work as a designer in one of the printing enterprises of the city. According to the recollections of close relatives, Oleksiy was thoroughly gifted and developed: he drew well, was interested in chemistry and astrology, traveled extensively, was interested in role-playing works based on fantasy novels. As part of the \u00abGreen Front\u00bb organization, he took an active part in the forceful protection of the M. Gorkyi park against the illegal destruction of green plantations. In 2010 he said the prophetic phrase: \u00abIn our country there will be a revolution and we will be attacked by Russia\u00bb. Only in the winter of 2014 the Revolution of Dignity broke out in Kiev, Oleksiy joined it as a volunteer of IT tents. Returning home, he joined the Euromaidan in Khariov; as part of the \u00abCivil self-defence\u00bb of the Kiev district patrolled the city and participated in the protection of mass events. At the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war he made a decision to go to the front &#8211; despite being considered unfit for military service due to chronic health problems (he was often in hospitals, had a \u00abwhite ticket\u00bb). Finally he entered the 2nd Battalion of Special Purpose NSU \u00abDonbass\u00bb and after a short training course started to perform the duties: guarding CHP in the city. Kurakhovo, freed Lysychansk and Popashna, later went to the terrorist-occupied Ilovaysk. In the morning of August 29, 2014, he drove in gazelles as part of the battalion\u2019s convoy, which came out \u00abgreen corridor\u00bb with the Ilovay cauldron road from the village of Mnogopillya to the village of Chervonosilske Ambrossivka district of Donetsk oblast. During the shooting of the column by Russian-terrorist troops with heavy machine guns, he was fatally wounded in the head; after that, one of the mines was hit in the car in which \u00abBreeze\u00bb was in. He was identified by DNA in August 2017 and was recognized by the investigating authorities as the deceased; he was a missing person. He was buried on September 30, 2017 in Kharkiv on the Walk of Fame of the 18th City Cemetery (other sources of the burial place indicate the Krasnopilsky Cemetery of St. Dnepr). On January 22, 2018, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine 12 \/ 2018 soldiers Oleksiy Zatylyuk was posthumously awarded the Order \u00abFor Courage\u00bb III degree for personal courage and selfless actions shown in defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for the exemplary performance of military duty. \u00abNatural softness and calm temper did not prevent Oleksiy from risking and fighting\u00bb, &#8211; one of the fellow soldiers remembered about him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ibadulayev Lenur Alomovych \u201cShakh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d. He was born on 27 December 1992 in the village of Marphivka, Leninsky District, AR Crimea (according to preliminary data &#8211; in Simferopol; the year of birth was declared 1991). He was a teacher of Ukrainian history. After the Russian occupation of Crimea, he retired from school in which he worked. In 2016, he left Crimea, and later with his friend opened a cafe in the territory of mainland Ukraine. In the beginning of 2018 he went to Donbass as a volunteer in the \u00abCrimean Hundred\u00bb tactical Group \u00abSapsan\u00bb of the Voluntary Ukrainian Corps \u00abRight Sector\u00bb. Trained as a sniper. He died in the morning of 28 January 2018 during an enemy attack near Avdiivka (Yasynovat district, Donetsk region) from a gunshot wound to the neck. He left his parents and daughter, born after his death. He was buried in Simferopol. For a long time, his name was classified for the safety of the family.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Karachevsky Stanislav Volodymyrovych <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orn on 19 April 1981 in Berdyansk, Zaporizhya Oblast. At the rank of major, he served as the Chief of Staff of the 10th Maritime Aviation Brigade (Novofedovka, Saksky District). After the occupation of Crimea, as the Ukrainian military was preparing to leave the peninsula for the mainland, on April 6, 2014, Junior Sergeant of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation he was shot by Yevgen Zaitsev at point-blank range with an AK-74 assault rifle on the territory of the officer\u2019s dormitory. The murderer was sentenced by the occupation \u00abcourt\u00bb to only 2 years imprisonment. The Ukrainian officer, leaving his wife and two children, was buried in his hometown. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Honour of the City of Berdyansk. On the facade of the school of Berdyansk, where Stanislav Karachevsky studied, a memorial plaque was opened in his honour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kovryha Sergiy Volodymyrovych \u201cLyalik\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> He was born on 17 April 1962 in the city of Mogilev-Podolsky Vinnytsia Oblast.He graduated from the Kamyanets-Podolsk Higher Military Engineering Command School in the specialty of engineer.Veteran of \u00abAfghan\u00bb.He lived in Gaisyn and was the head of the accounting and operating department of VOS. During 2001-2002 he was the commander of the engineering platoon of the 3rd separate engineering battalion of the Ukrainian peacekeeping contingent of the UN Mission in Lebanon.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2007 &#8211; Head of the Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in Sevastopol.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2012\u00a0 he was a memeber of the peacekeeping operation in Libya. 2008-2013 he served in the pyrotechnics service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Sevastopol, and cleared the territory of Crimea from the consequences of the Second World War.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In 2012-2013. \u2013an\u00a0 active participant of the Revolution of Dignity. Since March 2014 &#8211; Lieutenant Colonel. Since April 2014 &#8211; a fighter of the 24th Battalion of territorial defense of the Luhansk region \u00abAidar\u00bb, a member of the ATO since the first days. He died on 27 July 2014 during fighting in the Lutuginsk district of Luhansk oblast. He was buried in Gaisyn. He left his wife, two daughters and a son. Memorial plaques in honour of Sergiy Kovryga were erected on the building of Gaisyn city museum of local history (14 October 2014) and on the school building of the village Ozaryntsi (18 December 2015). In Mogilev-Podolsky, a street was named in honor of Sergiy Kovryga. On 26 February 2015, he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kokurin Sergiy Victorovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born on January 1, 1978 in Simferopol. The first Ukrainian warrior who died at the hands of the invaders during the Russian military aggression against Ukraine in 2014. As an ensign, he served as the head of the of the 13th Photogrammetric Centre of the General Directorate of Operational Support of the Military Forces in Simferopol. He was killed on 18 March 2014 by a sniper shot into the heart during an assault on the photogrammetric center by the Russian occupation forces while he was on the observation tower of the part\u2019s vehicle fleet. He left a four-year-old son, his wife was pregnant for the second time.He was buried in the city cemetery of Simferopol. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 599\/2014 of July 19, 2014 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Korneyev Sergiy Mykolayovych (\u201cKoshchiy\u201d, \u201cFugas\u201d)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orn September 15, 1983 in Simferopol. He lived in Kiev (Shevchenkovsky district) He graduated from high school 70, 2 years studied at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute. He served in the tank troops in &#8220;Desna&#8221; and Bila Tserkva. He studied well, participated in the Ukrainian Puzsport Championships, where he received prizes. In 2003, the result of his IQ 156 was determined, based on the test results, he was enrolled in the International Club of Intellectuals Mensa. After demobilization, he worked in cans, logistics companies, etc. During the Russian-Ukrainian War, as a junior sergeant, he served as the deputy commander of the combat vehicle &#8211; the senior gunner-operator of the reconnaissance platoon of the 53rd \u041e\u041c\u0411\u0440 Mechanized Battalion. On 8 October 2016, he died in Bakhmut District Hospital (Donetsk Oblast) from a shrapnel wound. He left his wife and two children behind. He was buried in Kiev in the Lukyaniv Military Cemetery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Krementar Oleksiy Volodymyrovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born on 26 November 1983 in Simferopol. In 2001-2005. He studied at the Odessa Institute of the Land Forces at the Aeronautical Faculty (AIRBORNE). From November 2005, he served as a member of the 95th Separate Airmobile Brigade in Zhitomir, commanded the reconnaissance brigade, was an excellent combat trainer, was recognized as the best company commander in the reconnaissance competition of the 8th Army Corps. He participated in United Nations peacekeeping missions in Kosovo. Since March 2014, he has participated in combat operations in eastern Ukraine with the rank of captain, in the position of Assistant Chief of Intelligence Department of the headquarters of the 95th Separate Airmobile Brigade of the Ground Forces of the VSU. He was killed on 19 June 2014 in action near Lyman, Donetsk Oblast, after being hit by a fragmentation grenade during a Russian-terrorist attack. He was one of the first Crimeans to die in the area of anti-terrorist operations in eastern Ukraine. He left his wife two sons and a daughter. He is buried in Zhitomir in the Smolyan Military Cemetery. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 593\/2014 of 15 July 2014 he was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnytsky III posthumously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kryvoruchko Stepan Gavrylovych (\u201cVuzh\u201d)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He was born on 18 October 1969 in Sarna, Rivne Oblast. At the age of 12, he moved to Crimea with his family. After the army, he continued his service in Germany. Returned to Feodosia, where he married and went to serve in the militia, stood at the origin of the unit \u00abBerkut\u00bb in Feodosia. In Simferopol he served in \u00abBerkut\u00bb as a company commander, then transferred to the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city. From the first days of the occupation of Crimea, he took an active part in the confrontation with the invaders, engaged in volunteer activities, helping paratroopers. After some time with his family moved to the city of Borispol, Kiev Oblast. In August 2014, he joined the ranks of the National Guard of Ukraine. He trained young fighters. On December 19 of the same year, a volunteer, together with the regiment \u00abAzov\u00bb went to the ATO zone. As a captain, he commanded a special intelligence unit. He was killed on 5 February 2015 during a clash with a hostile sabotage group during an ambush during a combat mission in the vicinity of the village of Shirikino near Mariupol: he covered a grenade by himself, rescuing six brothers between the ages of 20 and 23. He left his wife and two daughters. He was buried in Boryspil in a cemetery. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 176\/2015 of 25 March 2015 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.A street was named in his honour in Borispol, and a plaque was erected on the house where he lived. Also in honor of the hero of the village of Leninsky Novoazovsky district of Donetsk region (near Shyrokino) was renamed to Vuzhivka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Labutkin Dmytro Vitaliyovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 was born on December 11, 1986 in the city of Kremenetz, Ternopil Oblast. In 2009 he graduated from the Lviv Institute of Ground Troops, Hetman Peter Sagaidach National University \u00abLviv Polytechnic\u00bb in specialty \u00abJournalism\u00bb. He served in Sevastopol, participated in long-range naval campaigns and international military exercises. He worked in the television and radio company MOU \u00abBriz\u00bb VSU Navy, covered combat training, daily activities, social issues and problems of servicemen and their family members. He was a professional reporter who made videos, wrote lyrics and edited stories. In the spring of 2014, after the occupation of Crimea by Russian troops, he left for Odessa, where the TRC \u00abBriz\u00bb evacuated; he left Crimea with one of the last soldiers. In the zone ATO acted as a press officer of sector \u00abC\u00bb with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. On January 21, 2015, he went to the city of Debaltsevo, Donetsk Oblast, as a journalist, on a mission to collect photo materials for a negotiating group in Minsk. His last report was devoted to the heroic act of the artillery of the 128th Mountain Infantry Brigade, captured a Russian tank. He died on 16 February 2015 in Debaltsevo, leaving in a BTR in a convoy transporting wounded to Artemovsk. The day of rotation was his last day of life. He became the first war journalist to die in the ATO zone of Ukraine. He left his wife and daughter. He was buried in the native village of Belokrinitsa, Kremenetchuk District, Ternopil Oblast. He is posthumously awarded: Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III degree (Decree of the President of Ukraine 366\/2015 of 27 June 2015), mark \u00abFor military valour\u00bb (Order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, December 2015), mark \u00abPeople\u2019s Hero of Ukraine\u00bb (24 July 2016)He was promoted to Captain 3 rank.\u00a0In honor of Dmitri Labutkin, commemorative plaques were opened in the Belokrinik OOS and Ternopil school 23.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Liptuga Oleksandr Sergiyovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born on June 16, 1986 in Simferopol, and graduated from the city school 29. He resided in Voznesensk (Mykolaiv Oblast).\u00a0In military service since 2005 he served under contract as a staff Sergeant, Section Commander, Engineering Platoon, Engineering Company, Engineering Support Group 53\u00a0 \u041e\u041c\u0411\u0440. He died on 11 May 2017 as a result of an explosive device detonated during a combat mission near GP 4311 in the area of the village of Luhansk in Svetydarska Duga. He was buried in Voznesensk. His mother left. He is awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously (Decree of the President of Ukraine 42 \/ 2018).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mamasuev Roman Mykhailovych <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0was born on February 20, 1983 in Alushta. Since childhood he lived in the village of Verkhnya Krynytsa, Vasylivsk District, Zaporizhye Oblast. He graduated from 9th grade in a rural school, 10th grade and 11th grade at chool in the city of Vasylivka. He studied at the Vasylivka State Agricultural Technical College in the specialty of \u00abfarming\u00bb. After the fixed-term service he remained in the army under a contract. After six years in Dnieper, he was demobilized in 2009 as a warrant officer. In 2016, he joined the army under contract after training at the Starychi Training Centre in Lviv. The work was carried out conscientiously, certainly on time and without criticism, he has always been respected by his colleagues. For the younger colleagues was not only the commander, but also the friend. According to the memories of the fighters, he loved Ukraine and its relatives very much. On November 30, 2016, he joined the 72nd Independent Mechanized Brigade (White Church) and went to the front line. In the rank of Senior Lieutenant, there was a flamethrower marker of the company of radiation, chemical and bacteriological protection. He died on 22 December 2016 as a result of a bullet wound to the neck during the shelling of the city of Avdiivka (Donetsk region). He left his mother, a stepfather who had been raising a boy since the age of 4, a sister, a wife and two daughters. He was buried in the village of Verkhnya Krynytsya. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 161\/2017 of June 13, 2017 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb of the III degree (posthumously).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Martakov Oleksiy ViKtorovych (\u201cDid\u201d)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born on July 12, 1961, he resided and\u00a0 served in Sevastopol. After the Russian occupation of Crimea he came to mainland Ukraine. He fought in the ATO area as part of the 15th Separate Mountain Infantry Battalion of the 128th Separate Zakarpattya Infantry Brigade of the Zakarpattya Brigade. He was awarded \u00abFor exemplary service\u00bb, medals \u00abParticipant of ATO\u00bb, \u00abFor sacrifice and love to Ukraine\u00bb and other awards. During his service, he suffered a massive heart attack, and a stroke and severe head trauma a week before his death..\u00a0He died in Kiev on December 9, 2017 due to a clot torn off and was buried with military honors in the Sovske Cemetery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maslyanka Vataliy Ivanovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born on 23 February 1972 in the village of Nyzhnye Pishchane, Sumy Oblast. He lived in Crimea and worked in 2014 at a chemical plant in Krasnoperekopsk. After the occupation of the peninsula by Russian troops returned to Sumy. In spring 2014, as a volunteer he went to the 15th Battalion of territorial defense \u00abSumy\u00bb. He was demobilized in April 2015, and in July again joined the 128th Independent Mountain Infantry Brigade. He died on July 31, 2016 near Donetsk Airport during the shelling of the team site. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 421\/2016 of September 29, 2016 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously. He is buried in the Walk of Fame of the Central Cemetery of the city of Sumy. By the decision of the Sumy City Council of 26 October 2016, Vitaliy Maslyanka was awarded the title \u00abHonorary Citizen.\u00a0Sumy\u00bb posthumously.nd returned to the front in July as part of the 128th Independent Mountain Infantry Brigade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Melnykov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born on 9 September 1971 in the village of Perove, Simferopol District. He lived in Mykolaiv Oblast. In late April 2015 he went to the front as a volunteer. Being a junior sergeant, he served as a radiotelephone operator for the 28th Independent Mechanized Brigade of the 1st Reconnaissance Platoon. On June 17, 2015, near the town of Krasnogorivka (Mariinsk district of Donetsk region), the scouts came under machine-gun fire from the Russian-terrorist troops and retreated into the woodland where they detonated on an anti-personnel mine.He was buried in Novy Bug, Mykolaiv Oblast. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine 473\/2015 of August 13, 2015 he was awarded the order \u00abFor courage\u00bb III degree posthumously.\u00a0In the city of Novy Bug, a street is named after him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Muzhdabayev Ruslan Ilyasovych (\u201cTataryn\u201d)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was born 27 (according to other sources &#8211; 21) October 1955 in Uzbekystan and resided in Samarkand. Engineer-mechanic by specialty, worked at a repair factory. In 2000, he moved to Symferopol, where he worked at the local market \u00abPryvoz\u00bb. On December 24, 2013 he went to Kiev, where he took an active part in the Revolution of Dignity. He was listed in the 8th \u00abAfghan\u00bb hundreds of Maidan Self-defense. He was wounded by grenade fragments during clashes between protesters and security forces. In 2014, after Maidan he volunteered for the front. Soldier of the 2nd \u00abAfghan\u00bb assault company of the 24th separate assault battalion \u00abAydar\u00bb, rifleman-assistant grenade launcher of the 10th separate mining and assault brigade. He died in the village of Taramchuk (Maryinsky District, Donetsk Region) on the night of 25-26 December 2016 as a result of a heart attack after changing his post. He left two sons and a daughter. He was buried in the Northern Cemetery of Brovarsky District.
