📌<\/span> To strengthen the political and diplomatic pressure on the occupying state, with the aim to ensure the access to international monitoring missions (in particular, OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine and the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine), representatives of the Office The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol;<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

📌<\/span> Interaction of public authorities with representatives of civil society in order to record the facts of deprivation of the right to preserve the national identity of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, in particular, the use of native language;<\/span><\/p>\n

📌<\/span> Use of national and international economy and other special restrictive measures (sanctions) against individuals and legal entities involved in deprivation of the right to mother-tongue education (Ukrainian or the Crimean Tatar languages) and the right to preserve national identity in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol;<\/span><\/p>\n

📌<\/span> Systematic and comprehensive improvement of conditions for access to education in the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine for citizens of Ukraine from the temporarily occupied territories, development of distance learning and improvement of the procedure for distance submission of documents;<\/span><\/p>\n

📌<\/span> Promoting the socio-psychological reintegration of children and youth from temporarily occupied territories into Ukrainian society, in particular, by creating targeted state programs (or programs with grant assistance) aimed at helping talented children, expanding social mobility of relevant categories of\u00a0 TOT residents;<\/span><\/p>\n

📌<\/span> Adoption of a strategy for the development of the Crimean Tatar language for the next 10 years, with the development of appropriate infrastructure;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Review of \u201crestrictions on the functioning of Ukrainian language in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine\u201d was prepared by the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language in cooperation with the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the National Council of Ukrainians of Crimea, human rights and non-governmental organizations that monitor the observance of citizens’ rights in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n
