In addition, samples of documents to be filled in are available there. People can queue up via chatbot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/is.gd\/9XAoCL\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Link for Viber<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Mission\u2019s team is actively working on these issues. Among the instruments to maintain ties and communication with our citizens is providing a different spectrum of administrative, social and other services.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe State should create tools that could bring administrative and other services as close as possible to the Crimean population. It is not only that it is now possible to visit the Administrative Service Centers directly at the administrative border. We are working on the implementation of online services. The #CrimeaIsUAbot chatbot has already been used by thousands of people from the Crimean peninsula. Viber users also requested a chatbot and we are glad to have the opportunity to present it now.
