The publication lasted until 1918.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2011, at a conference of the Crimean Tatar media in Bakhchisarai &#8211; April 10 was designated as the Day of Crimean Tatar Journalism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crimean Tatar publications, in addition to the information function, have conducted and continue to carry out educational activities &#8211; they contribute to the preservation of language, culture, traditions and self-identification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the 8 years of the occupation regime, the rights of journalists have been violated many times.
