Digital services have become available!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Henceforth, a birth certificate for a baby, born in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol can be obtained by electronic signature via digital service eMalyatko.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parents of 18 years old child, born in the temporarily occupied territories, which haven\u2019t obtained Ukrainian birth certificate for their child yet, now they can use on line service eMalyatko. First, they have to file an application to confirm the birth of a child through the Electronic Court (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/id.court.gov.ua\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/id.court.gov.ua\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>The attachment to the application includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">copies of documents, confirming the birth of child; medical birth certificates;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">copies of parents\u2019 passports and Identification codes:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">copy of marriage certificate (if any);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">other evidences if child birth (if any).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This category of cases is exempted from the payment of a court fee. With the court decision received, you should submit an application for a comprehensive service eMalyatko on the portal Action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>While receiving service there are also available:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assignment of taxpayer identification number;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assignment of a unique entry registration number of determinations of the child\u2019s citizenship in Ukraine (if parents (or one of them) have their own unique entry number in the register);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payments at birth of child;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0registration of child\u2019s place of residence (if one of the parents has been registered in the places, where this service is available).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application to eMalyatko is signed by the electronic signature. You can obtain birth certificate at Civil Registry Department at suitable time for you.
