Commission of proposals for the state higher educational establishments on pre-university training of youth with the place of residence in some districts Donets, and Luhansk regions, including settlements, situated at the disengagement line, temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol recommends the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories to introduce training courses for youth at the higher educational establishments (link:\u00a0 <\/span>https:\/\/cutt.ly\/InUPQo1<\/span><\/a>.)<\/span><\/p>\n

To enroll the training courses with scholarships for youth from the temporarily occupied territories, it is necessary:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To choose a higher educational institution from the above-mentioned list.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. To request the higher educational institution by any means of communication to get an invitation which permits not to be self-isolated or on observation for crossing the entry-exit checkpoints. All means of communication are available at the link: <\/span>https:\/\/cutt.ly\/gnEWu5R<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. At crossing the checkpoints, the applicants for entry show e-invitation not to be self -isolated.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. To come to the chosen university in timeline from 01 to 20 June to submit personally:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • – application<\/span><\/li>\n
    • – copy of passport (birth certificate, other document identifying personality (if any);<\/span><\/li>\n
    • – cope IDPs certificate<\/span><\/li>\n
    • – identification code<\/span><\/li>\n
    • – 4 photos (3×4)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • – education certificate\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Attention! Only those who have finished secondary education are allowed to training courses. Training courses may be offered only once and only in one higher educational establishment.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. To become an attendee and study at the training courses is possible from 29 June until 31 August<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        It is important! <\/b>During the training at the courses the attendee gets 4588 UAN scholarship amount, as well as the accommodation at the hostel is available. In addition, the students are involved into cultural educational and sports events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        As the results of training at the courses, the attendees pass final exams for each subject.
