On June 30, the Press Center of the Office of the President of Ukraine hosted a briefing of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anton Korynevych and his deputies Daria Svyrydova and Tamila Tasheva\u00a0 on the results of two years of work of the Mission.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anton Korynevych told about the work of the Mission, in particular, noted that one of the key tasks set by the President of Ukraine for the Mission is the reintegration of our citizens residing on the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is very important that we support the narrative of the Ukrainian Crimea. And the fact that in the context of the occupation we do not mention events that are important for the occupying state, but events that are important for us, for Ukraine. That is why we are talking about the resistance to the occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, which lasted in 2014, continues to this day and will continue until our Ukrainian flag returns to our Ukrainian Crimea,\u201d<\/span><\/i>Anton Korynevych emphasized.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

First Deputy Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Daria Svyrydova emphasized that there are large-scale violations in the field of property rights and mass seizures of land in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe would like to take this opportunity to appeal once again to our citizens in the occupied territories and remind that, first of all, you can apply directly to the Mission with requests to protect your rights if such a seizure threatens you or you have already encountered it. Also to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (currently temporarily working in Kyiv), which systematically documents such facts, provides assistance to our citizens and applies to the Prosecutor’s Office of the International Criminal Court and sooner or later the officials of the Russian Federation will be held accountable for this war crime,\u201d <\/span><\/i>Daria Svyrydova said.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Deputy Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Tamila Tasheva told about the admission campaign for applicants from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and about the work of educational centers \u201cCrimea-Ukraine\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is important to say that there is a maximum assistance for admission to higher education institutions for entrants from the temporarily occupied territories through the educational centers \u201cCrimea-Ukraine\u201d throughout the country. It is very important to say that children from the temporarily occupied territories compete with each other within the quota. They do not compete, for example, with children who enter in Lviv and who are residents of this region, or in Kyiv as well. Also, upon admission, children can submit documents, including a birth certificate, and after admission within 3 months to submit a Ukrainian passport,\u201d<\/em> – said Tamila Tasheva.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
