{"id":32182,"date":"2021-09-21T15:34:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T13:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/concept-of-transitional-justice\/"},"modified":"2021-09-21T15:34:00","modified_gmt":"2021-09-21T15:34:00","slug":"concept-of-transitional-justice","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/concept-of-transitional-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"Concept of transitional justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">We present to the public the thesis on the Concept of the state policy of protection and restoration of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the conditions of armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine and the overcoming its consequences (Concept of transitional justice).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Concept is a framework document for the implementation of transitional justice approaches in Ukraine, as well as for the development of draft laws, other normative-legal acts and action plans on the issues of protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the conditions of armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine and overcoming its consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The President of Ukraine, as the Head of State, supported the initiative of the public and the expert community and officially launched the work on transitional justice in Ukraine.
