He was last recorded by surveillance cameras near a shop in Bakhchisarai, where people in the uniform of the occupation road patrol service stopped Ibragimov&#8217;s car, pulled him out of it and forced him into another car, and then drove away: https:\/\/cutt.ly\/LwqdvfcT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since then, the citizen of Ukraine has not been in touch, and it is unknown whether he is still alive. On May 31, one of the residents of occupied Bakhchisarai found Erwin&#8217;s documents near the Arpat bar: his passport, employment record book and driver&#8217;s license. The occupiers allegedly opened a criminal case over the abduction under Part 1 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code. There has been no progress in the so-called &#8220;investigation&#8221;, as well as in other proceedings regarding abductions or repression, and in September 2017, the occupiers suspended the case altogether. The organizers and perpetrators have not been found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We remind you that the crimes committed by the occupation administrations of the Russian Federation in the temporarily occupied Crimea grossly violate international law and qualify as crimes against humanity.
