{"id":42396,"date":"2023-06-22T13:35:21","date_gmt":"2023-06-22T11:35:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/u-predstavnytstvi-vidbulasia-prezentatsiia-pershocherhovykh-krokiv-derzhavy-pislia-deokupatsii-krymu-ekspertniy-merezhi-krymskoi-platformy\/"},"modified":"2023-06-28T07:04:17","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T07:04:17","slug":"u-predstavnytstvi-vidbulasia-prezentatsiia-pershocherhovykh-krokiv-derzhavy-pislia-deokupatsii-krymu-ekspertniy-merezhi-krymskoi-platformy","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/u-predstavnytstvi-vidbulasia-prezentatsiia-pershocherhovykh-krokiv-derzhavy-pislia-deokupatsii-krymu-ekspertniy-merezhi-krymskoi-platformy\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation of the state&#8217;s priority steps after the deoccupation of Crimea to the Crimean Platform Expert Network was held at the Mission"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"711\" src=\"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_4864-1-1024x711.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_4864-1-1024x711.png 1024w, https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_4864-1-300x208.png 300w, https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_4864-1-768x533.png 768w, https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_4864-1.png 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, the members of the Crimean Platform Expert Network visited the Mission to present the document &#8220;De-occupied Crimea: the State&#8217;s Priority Steps&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was joined by: Head of the Crimean Human Rights Group Olga Skrypnyk, member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Gayana Yuksel, representatives of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center Yevhen Khlobystov and Volodymyr Lyashenko, representative of the Almenda Civil Procedure Center Maria Sulyanina, independent expert Evelina Kravchenko, Human Rights House &#8220;Crimea&#8221; Andriy Zubarev, representative of the Crimean Center for Business and Cultural Cooperation &#8220;Ukrainian House&#8221; Andriy Shchekun, Andriy Ivanets, representative of the Crimean Ukrainian Council, Nadiya Vaskivska and Mykyta Petrovets, lawyers of the NGO &#8220;RCHR&#8221;, Tetyana Guchakova, Head of the Board of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, Valentyna Samar, Head of the Board of the ICC, Andriy Klymenko, Head of the Monitoring Group of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, Olena Pavlovska, member of the Notary Chamber of Ukraine, and Iryna Dumina, representative of the NGO &#8220;Crimean Process&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Permanent Representative Tamila Tasheva thanked the colleagues for the productive cooperation and said that the briefs of the document of the priority steps had already been presented to the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, MPs, the Expert Council of the Mission, law enforcement officers, business representatives, as well as opinion leaders who come from the temporarily occupied Crimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They also drew attention to the recently presented Strategy of Cognitive De-occupation of Crimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The members of the Expert Network discussed in detail each of the areas of the document: restoration of public authority, verification of occupation documents, humanitarian policy, property rights, responsibility for the crimes of occupation, expulsion of Russian citizens who illegally arrived on the peninsula during the occupation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Mission thanks its colleagues for participating in today&#8217;s presentation &#8220;Deoccupied Crimea: Priority Steps of the State&#8221;.
