We keep informing you about the public stance of Crimeans in our regular column #resistance_movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mariia Zamyrailo-Levytska, a 64-year-old citizen of the village of Kirovske, Feodosiia region, published on her social media posts supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and disrespecting the symbols of Russia. The woman was detained for 5 days and fined 35 thousand rubles.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A resident of occupied Kerch was detained by the Russian security forces for allegedly planning to blow up the local railroad to obstruct the logistics of the occupation forces. A criminal case was illegally opened against the man.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In occupied Simferopol, a 58-year old citizen voiced the anti-Russian mottos and calls to change the dictatorial regime in Russia. The occupation \u201ccourt\u201d accused the man of allegedly &#8220;justifying terrorism&#8221; and illegally sentenced him to 1 year and 6 months of arrest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement continue to distribute yellow ribbons and patriotic posters in the cities of the occupied Crimea. So pro-Ukrainian posters could be seen in the streets of Yalta, Simferopol, and Sevastopol. According to the activists, more than 15 people from the occupied cities of Crimea joined the resistance movement. The activists are also expanding the Burn the Russian campaign, destroying symbols of the occupiers and Russian propaganda materials.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The activists of the Crimean Combat Seagulls movement continue to reveal personal information about the collaborators and Russian war criminals in the occupied Crimea. The activists managed to expose another collaborator who helped the Russian occupiers to &#8220;appropriate&#8221; the Ukrainian festival Yalta Summer Jam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Zla Mavka resistance movement continues to write its diaries and distribute its weekly newspaper, which exposes the crimes of the occupiers. The activists managed to distribute the informational newspaper near the occupation administration in Simferopol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The activists of the ATESH movement reconnoitered the military equipment park and missile weapons depot of the 12th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment of the 31st Air Defense Division, which is located in occupied Sevastopol. The activists also revealed the occupiers&#8217; defense system near the village of Izumrudne, Dzhankoi district. The agents report that the occupiers are afraid of the intrusion of the Ukrainian Defense Forces into the territory of the occupied Crimea. In addition, the activists recorded the transfer of Russian BM-21 &#8220;Grad &#8221; multiple rocket launcher systems from occupied Dzhankoi towards the Kherson region. ATESH activists also recorded another arrival of Russian invaders in Dzhankoi, while at the local railway station, they recorded the mass transportation of wounded and killed Russian soldiers, who were being brought from the left bank of the occupied Kherson region.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udd2c New illegal administrational proceedings in the occupation courts of Crimea under the article on the so-called &#8220;discrediting the Russian Armed Forces&#8221; also testify to the growing resistance. As of May 9, 2024, 802 cases of materials under Art. 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation were registered in the so-called &#8220;courts&#8221; in the temporarily occupied Crimea and other competent authorities. In 706 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to combine the case with another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 20 cases the material is still under investigation. \ud83e\udd2c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are grateful to everyone for their courage and clear civic stance.
