We continue to inform you about public attitudes among Crimean residents in our regular column, #resistance_movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In occupied Yevpatoriia, a woman at a city bus stop publicly criticized the Russian military, calling them occupiers and urging Russians not to come to occupied Crimea but to stay in Russia. The woman was detained and forced to apologize on camera, and the footage was sent to the &#8220;court.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement continue to resist the occupiers in Crimea, destroying copies of propaganda materials and distributing patriotic symbols in occupied cities on the peninsula, particularly in Simferopol and Yalta. In addition, Yellow Ribbon movement activists report that in occupied Simferopol, the occupiers no longer drive convoys of military equipment in crowded places due to the large number of residents who transmit data on enemy activity to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the Crimean Combat Seagulls movement continue to expose the personal data of collaborators and Russian war criminals in occupied Crimea. The activists also honored the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Zla Mavka resistance movement continues to publish its diaries and a weekly newspaper that reveals the occupiers&#8217; crimes. The activists also distributed updated banknotes in occupied Simferopol with the reminder that &#8220;Crimea is not Russia.&#8221; In addition, the activists disseminated patriotic posters and stickers in Alushta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the ATESH resistance movement continue to record the construction of fortifications throughout Crimea. In particular, the occupation forces are setting up a defense line along the Black Sea coast due to a sharp decrease in the number of the Russian Black Sea Fleet after successful strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. ATESH also discovered a radio relay station of the occupiers in Crimea in the Perekop district. This station is intended for the deployment of radio relay or cable communication lines, branching of channels, and use as a radio insert on damaged or repaired cable communication lines. Additionally, activists report that Russian military personnel who are part of the enemy air defense system are being advised to evacuate their families from the occupied peninsula due to the relocation of Russian air defense systems to the Bilgorod region of the Russian Federation, which leaves Russian military targets in occupied Crimea open to attacks by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New illegal administrative proceedings in the occupation courts of Crimea under the article on the so-called &#8220;discrediting the Russian Armed Forces&#8221; also testify to the growing resistance. As of June 13, 2024, 847 cases of materials drawn up under Art. 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation were recorded in the so-called &#8220;courts&#8221; in temporarily occupied Crimea and other competent authorities. In 755 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to join the case to another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 10 cases, the materials are still being considered. Based on gender, 309 (41%) decisions were issued against women and 446 (59%) against men. In total, the aggregate amount of fines imposed has already amounted to at least 23.7 million Russian rubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank each one of you for your courage and clear civic position.
