She highlighted the availability of a public authority gradual restoration plan for the occupied territories, the formation of a personnel reserve, and the prosecution of occupiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Permanent Representative stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<cite>\u201cWe emphasize that people in Crimea should not fear prosecution after the restoration of Ukrainian authority. We are working on mechanisms that will prosecute those who have committed international crimes and treason, not the regular residents of the occupied territories.&#8221;<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attention was given to economic reintegration and the issues of business restoration in the temporarily occupied territories during the post-conflict period.
