The occupiers detained the man and forced him to apologize on video. A protocol was drawn up, and the materials were sent to an illegal \u201ccourt.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suleiman Yusupov, a resident of the village of Rivne in the Kurmanskyi region, criticized the occupiers and the Russian \u201cpresident\u201d on social media, particularly for blocking the YouTube service. The occupiers detained the man, coerced him to apologize on video, and sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yehor Sirin, a resident of the village of Zaozerne in the Yevpatoriia region, spoke negatively about the \u201cpresident\u201d of Russia. The occupiers detained the men.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the ATESH resistance movement continue to monitor the occupiers&#8217; logistics routes in Crimea. They have recorded the active movement of Russian warehouses with ammunition, fuel, and mobile gas stations, for which the occupiers are building a new road through the village of TYmashivka in the Kurmanskyi region. Activists also report on the attitude of the occupiers and collaborators on the peninsula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement continue to resist the occupiers in Crimea, destroying copies of propaganda materials and distributing patriotic symbols in the peninsula&#8217;s occupied cities, including Yevpatoriia, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Yalta, Alushta, and Alupka. They also inform about the realities of life in the occupied territories and conduct an information campaign to boycott the occupation &#8220;elections.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the Crimean Combat Seagulls continue to expose the personal data of collaborators and Russian war criminals in occupied Crimea.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Zla Mavka resistance movement continues to write its diaries, distribute a weekly newspaper revealing the occupiers&#8217; crimes, and spread patriotic symbols, particularly in Simferopol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New illegal administrative proceedings in the occupation courts of Crimea under the article on the so-called &#8220;discrediting the Russian Armed Forces&#8221; also testify to the growing resistance. As of September 5, 2024, there were 966 cases of materials drawn up under Art. 20.3.3 of the Russian Federation Administrative Code, recorded in the so-called &#8220;courts&#8221; in temporarily occupied Crimea and other competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 862 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to join the case to another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 16 cases, the &#8220;judges&#8221; still consider the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on gender, Russians issued 367 (43%) decisions against women and 494 (57%) against men in Crimea. In total, the aggregate amount of fines imposed has already amounted to at least\u00a026.4 million Russian rubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank everyone for their courage and clear public stance.
