The movement&#8217;s social media also reported that a lecturer at the \u201cCrimean Branch\u201d of the Russian State University of Justice was suspended from teaching classes for saying that the Ukrainian government on the peninsula is constitutional and legitimate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the Crimean Combat Seagulls continue to expose the personal data of collaborators and Russian war criminals in occupied Crimea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Zla Mavka resistance movement continues to keep its diaries, distribute a weekly newspaper revealing the crimes of the occupiers and patriotic symbols. The activists also distributed leaflets with Ukrainian poetry in Simferopol, Sevastopol, Bakhchysarai , and Kerch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New illegal administrative proceedings in the occupation courts of Crimea under the article on the so-called \u201cdiscrediting the Russian Armed Forces\u201d also testify to the growing resistance. As of September 5, 2024, 966 cases of materials drawn up under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation were recorded in the so-called \u201ccourts\u201d in the temporarily occupied Crimea and other bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 862 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to join the case to another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 16 cases, the materials are still being considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disaggregated by gender, 367 (43%) decisions were issued against women and 494 (57%) against men. In total, the aggregate amount of fines imposed has already reached at least 26.4 million Russian rubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank everyone for their courage and clear public stance.
