{"id":62529,"date":"2024-10-10T14:02:12","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T12:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/press-center\/sprotyv-hromadian-ukrainy-v-okupovanomu-krymu-stanom-na-10-10-2024\/"},"modified":"2024-10-10T14:46:00","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T12:46:00","slug":"sprotyv-hromadian-ukrainy-v-okupovanomu-krymu-stanom-na-10-10-2024","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/sprotyv-hromadian-ukrainy-v-okupovanomu-krymu-stanom-na-10-10-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Resistance of Ukrainian Citizens in Occupied Crimea as of 10.10.2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every day, our compatriots in temporarily occupied Crimea continue to tirelessly resist the Russian occupiers, demonstrating support for Ukraine and trust in the inevitable de-occupation of the peninsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our regular column # resistance_movement, we continue to inform you about the civil stance of Crimean residents and about the people who destroy Russian propaganda narratives.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The occupation court upheld the unlawful arrest and fine of the deputy chief doctor of the Simferopol Clinical Hospital, who was arrested for his pro-Ukrainian stance and discussions about the arrival of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. During the so-called &#8220;trial,&#8221; a collective letter from hospital employees in support of the accused was presented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the ATESH resistance movement continue to monitor occupiers&#8217; military facilities. In particular, activists recorded the transport of missiles to S-300 complexes, gathered information on a military unit for radiochemical and biological protection in Simferopol, and the Black Sea Fleet arsenal in Sevastopol. Additionally, activists noted an increase in fuel transportation following the strike on the oil depot in Feodosiia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement continue to resist the occupiers in Crimea by destroying propaganda materials and spreading patriotic symbols in the occupied cities of the peninsula, including Sevastopol, Simferopol, Yalta, and Yevpatoriia. The activists also extended Teacher&#8217;s Day greetings to pro-Ukrainian teachers in the temporarily occupied territories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Crimean Combat Seagulls activists continue to expose the personal data of collaborators and Russian war criminals in occupied Crimea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Zla Mavka resistance movement continues to maintain its diaries, publish a weekly newsletter exposing the crimes of the occupiers, and spread patriotic symbols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New illegal administrative proceedings in the occupation courts of Crimea under the article on the so-called \u201cdiscrediting the Russian Armed Forces\u201d also testify to the growing resistance. As of September 20, 2024, 979 cases of materials drawn up under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation were recorded in the so-called \u201ccourts\u201d in the temporarily occupied Crimea and other bodies. In 875 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to join the case to another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 17 cases, the materials are still being considered. The total amount of fines imposed has already reached at least 26.4 million Russian rubles.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disaggregated by gender, 377 (43%) decisions were issued against women and 497 (57%) against men. Overall, the total amount of fines imposed already amounts to at least 26.4 million Russian rubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank everyone for their courage and clear public stance.
