This action was preceded by persecution of the community leaders: Lenur Khalilov, Ruslan Mesutov, and Ruslan Emirvaliiev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25b6 <\/strong>Russian court in Rostov-on-Don extended the detention period for two months for Crimean Tatars Abdulmedzhyt Seitumerov, Remzi Nimetullaev, Ruslan Asanov, Ametkhan Umerov, Seidamet Mustafaiev, and Eldar Yakubov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25b6 <\/strong>Crimean journalist Remzi Bekirov, who was illegally sentenced by Russia to 19 years and is held in penal colony No. 33 in Abakan, Russia, has been out of contact with his family for almost three weeks, while the administration ignores the family\u2019s inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Invaders\u2019 crimes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 As of October 28, the occupiers have illegally imprisoned <strong>218<\/strong> people, including <strong>132<\/strong> Crimean Tatars. Of the total number, 43 are arrested (28 of them are Crimean Tatars), 151 are imprisoned (97 of them are Crimean Tatars), and 26 are without status (6 of them are Crimean Tatars).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25b6<\/strong> There were <strong>982<\/strong> cases of filing of reports under Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation to the so-called &#8220;courts&#8221; on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea. In 875 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to join the case to another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 17 cases, the consideration of materials is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Rustem Sheikhaliiev, who was illegally sentenced to 14 years, has experienced a significant decline in health; he has lost weight, which has noticeably altered his appearance. In addition, he suffers from severe varicose veins, which cause numerous bruises and dark spots on his legs. He is currently being held in a prison in Yeniseisk, Krasnoyarsk region, 6 thousand kilometers away from Crimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The occupation administration has been illegally detaining a 19-year-old Kazakhstan citizen, Turan Ustiugov, for more than two weeks on trumped-up charges of allegedly wishing to join the Ukrainian Defense Forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Representatives of the occupation administration in Kerch are exerting psychological pressure and obstructing the procedure for the conditional release of journalist Vladyslav Yesypenko, who was illegally sentenced to 5 years in prison by a \u201ccourt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Rustem Seithalilov, a Crimean Tatar illegally convicted by Russia, who was abducted from prison No. 1 in the city of Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region, was transferred to colony No. 9 in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia. Upon arrival, he was immediately placed in a punishment cell for 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Forcible conscription:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 At least<strong> 1,283<\/strong> soldiers from Russian army units stationed in occupied Crimea have been killed. Of these, <strong>803<\/strong> were likely Ukrainian citizens. The death toll may be higher, as Russia conceals its real losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The capture of at least <strong>40 <\/strong>Russian servicemen from occupied Crimea has been confirmed, most of whom are likely to be Ukrainian citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Militarization of the Crimean Peninsula:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Agents of the ATESH movement recorded the active operation of three combat boats, the tugboat SB-36, and the rescue vessel Shakhtar, carried out by the occupation forces. The agents&#8217; observation also includes recording the vessels&#8217; routes, their location, and the type of tasks. These actions suggest that the occupation forces are moving and training in coastal waters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Propaganda of the occupation administrations and incitement to hostility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Delegations from China, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan illegally arrived in the temporarily occupied Yalta to participate in the so-called \u201cNew Silk Road\u201d economic forum, which is another attempt by the occupation administration to legitimize its stay on the peninsula in the eyes of the international community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Due to the negligence of the occupiers, a water pipeline broke down in Sevastopol, leaving more than 20 streets and several villages without water supply. The water problems affected not only particular districts of the city but also a large part of the suburbs, including Inkerman. Despite the growing problems, the occupation administration has provided neither scheduled repairs nor quick emergency response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The occupation administration of Crimea continues to impose the Russian imperialist ideology on the peninsula&#8217;s youth: the occupiers held a ceremony of initiation of 1st-grade students of the Livadia school \u201cnamed after the Hero of the USSR P.A. Rassadkin\u201d into \u201cCossacks,\u201d based on which four so-called \u2018Cossack cadet classes\u2019 and the propaganda \u2018Cossack military-patriotic club \u2019Heritage\u201d operate; and Yalta school No. 11 was transformed into the so-called \u201cEmperor Alexander III Cadet Lyceum,\u201d in particular, the occupiers assigned it new symbols: \u201ccoat of arms\u201d and \u2018anthem\u2019 based on the biography of the Russian tsar. The occupiers held the ceremony of \u201cdedication\u201d of new students on the eve of the \u201cAll-Russian Day of the Lyceum Student.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 In Simferopol, despite the statements of the occupation administration about the beginning of the heating season on October 18, there is no heat supply in apartment buildings. Due to the cold weather, many city residents, especially children, suffer from SARS, which forces the closure of school classes and groups in kindergartens. The main reason for this situation is the negligent preparation for the heating season, which caused numerous accidents on the heating networks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Civil resistance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 A resident of Kerch, Tetiana Kasai, posted support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and expressed negative views on the actions of occupying forces and their involvement in aggression against Ukraine. Security forces of the occupation administration detained her, issued a protocol, and directed her case to the occupation &#8220;court.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 A 48-year-old resident of the village of Chernove in Kurman District, Aliie Dzhafarova, spoke negatively about Russian aggression against Ukraine, the occupation of Ukrainian territories, and the actions of occupying forces. Security forces of the occupation administration detained her, forced her to apologize, drew up a protocol, and sent her case to the occupation &#8220;court.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 A Crimean resident was detained by representatives of the occupation administration for creating a playlist of Ukrainian songs on social media. She was issued a protocol, and the case was referred to the &#8220;court.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The occupation administration in Crimea illegally detained a man on fabricated charges of allegedly transmitting information to the Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Bohdan Shchetynin, a 44-year-old resident of Sevastopol, expressed support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and condemned the aggressive actions of the Russian occupying army against Ukraine. A protocol was issued against him, and the case was referred to the occupation &#8220;court.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The occupation administration in Crimea illegally detained a 26-year-old resident of Sevastopol on fabricated charges of allegedly making negative statements and showing &#8220;disrespect&#8221; toward the occupying forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Activists from Yellow Ribbon are actively resisting Russian occupiers in Crimea. They are purposely destroying propaganda materials disseminated by the occupation administration and placing Ukrainian symbols and leaflets calling for resistance in various localities on the peninsula. Patriotic slogans are spread through graffiti and inscriptions that appear on building walls, near propaganda banners, and in other public spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Activists of the Crimean Combat Seagulls continue to expose the personal data of collaborators and Russian war criminals operating on the occupied Crimean Peninsula. They publish addresses, contact numbers, travel routes, as well as information on financial operations, bank accounts, and connections to the occupation administration and Russian security structures. In addition, they provide evidence of their involvement in crimes against Ukraine and local residents of the peninsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Activists of Zla Mavka are actively spreading patriotic graffiti, stickers, and leaflets calling for non-violent resistance to the Russian occupation in Crimean cities. Their actions are aimed at countering propaganda narratives and dismantling the illusion of control imposed by the occupation administration. They regularly conduct campaigns to destroy or replace propaganda materials with informational messages emphasizing the illegality of the occupation. The movement also actively collaborates with other resistance groups, organizes flash mobs, and holds informational campaigns to help preserve national identity and maintain the fighting spirit among the local population. Their materials contain calls for unity, solidarity, and instructions for safe participation in resistance actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Mission continues to receive inquiries from Ukrainian citizens who want to leave Crimea because they cannot tolerate the occupation and total propaganda.
