On October 29, Deputy Permanent Representative Olha Kuryshko delivered a lecture as part of the course \u201cPublic Administration, Post-War Governance, and Reconstruction\u201d for fourth-year undergraduate students of the Andriy Meleshevych Kyiv-Mohyla School of Governance at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Olha Kuryshko emphasized the importance for the Mission, as well as other state bodies, to engage with young people, providing them access to practical and relevant knowledge that will benefit their future careers and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Deputy Permanent Representative also discussed the talent pool program, the development and launch of educational projects, and government programs with relevant specializations. She noted that professionals with focused training would be able to work in various roles and sectors following the de-occupation of temporarily occupied territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In closing, Olha Kuryshko outlined the Mission’s initiatives and the state\u2019s specific actions in preparing for the de-occupation of Crimea and the restoration of Ukrainian governance. She highlighted the Mission\u2019s work on developing a format for restoring public authority, particularly through the establishment of military (military-civilian) administrations, and on the preparation and formation of a talent pool.
