{"id":85023,"date":"2026-02-12T21:01:56","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T19:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/?post_type=press-center&#038;p=85023"},"modified":"2026-02-15T12:09:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T10:09:27","slug":"working-meeting-held-at-the-mission-on-access-to-medical-services-for-ukrainians-who-left-temporarily-occupied-territories","status":"publish","type":"press-center","link":"https:\/\/ppu.gov.ua\/en\/press-center\/working-meeting-held-at-the-mission-on-access-to-medical-services-for-ukrainians-who-left-temporarily-occupied-territories\/","title":{"rendered":"Working Meeting Held at the Mission on Access to Medical Services for Ukrainians Who Left Temporarily Occupied Territories"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 12 February 2026, a working meeting was held at the\u00a0Mission\u00a0dedicated to access to medical services for citizens of Ukraine who have left the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expert discussion brought together representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Health Service of Ukraine, the Prosecutor\u2019s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol, as well as\u00a0practising\u00a0physicians and representatives of human rights\u00a0organisations, including the Coalition of\u00a0Organisations\u00a0Working on the Protection of the Rights of Persons Affected by the Armed Aggression against Ukraine, the\u00a0\u201cRokada\u201d\u00a0Charitable Foundation, Physicians for Human Rights, the NGO\u00a0\u201cAthena. Women Against Cancer\u201d, and the\u00a0Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the discussion, participants noted that when seeking medical care, residents of\u00a0the\u00a0temporarily occupied territories may possess only medical documents issued by the\u00a0occupying authorities. Such documents may contain information on chronic illnesses requiring continuous medical support, surgeries performed, and vaccinations received.
