The following day, Ukrainian forces also struck an\u00a0S-400 Triumf\u00a0air defense system, along with\u00a059N6-E Protivnik\u00a0and\u00a073E6 Parol\u00a0radar stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The\u00a0Yellow Ribbon\u00a0resistance movement reported that community group chats in Sevastopol are being forcibly moved to the Russian-made\u00a0MAX messenger. While the occupying administration presents this as a matter of convenience, it is actually a tool for centralized surveillance and control over residents in the temporarily occupied territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Invaders\u2019 crimes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 As of March 11, 2026,\u00a0<strong>286 <\/strong>individuals\u00a0in occupied Crimea are facing judicial persecution,\u00a0<strong>159<\/strong>\u00a0of whom are Crimean Tatars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 As of March 11, 2026,\u00a0<strong>1,705 cases<\/strong>\u00a0have been filed under Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the so-called discrediting of the Russian Armed Forces. In\u00a0<strong>1,570<\/strong>\u00a0of these cases, the occupying courts imposed fines or merged the cases with cumulative rulings.\u00a0<strong>21<\/strong>\u00a0proceedings remain ongoing. Notably,\u00a0<strong>53%<\/strong>\u00a0(832) of the rulings targeted women, while\u00a0<strong>47%<\/strong>\u00a0(734) targeted men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The so-called\u00a0Supreme Court of Crimea\u00a0rejected an appeal by Crimean human rights defender\u00a0Riza Izetov\u00a0regarding his transfer to a detention facility closer to the peninsula. Izetov was sentenced in 2022 on fabricated terrorism charges. He is currently held in a prison in Vladimir, after being transferred from a penal colony in Yakutia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Russian security forces have announced new charges against\u00a0Oleh Prykhodko, including &#8220;assisting a terrorist organization and inciting high treason.&#8221; Prykhodko was detained in 2019 for allegedly planning a &#8220;terrorist attack.&#8221; In 2021, he was sentenced to five years; in 2023, his sentence was increased to\u00a09.5 years\u00a0based on these new charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forcible conscription:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 At least\u00a0<strong>2,839<\/strong>\u00a0Russian servicemen from units stationed in Crimea have been killed in action. Of these,\u00a0<strong>1,467<\/strong>\u00a0are likely Ukrainian citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 At least&nbsp;<strong>125<\/strong>&nbsp;Russian servicemen from Crimea have been confirmed as prisoners of war. Most are likely citizens of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Militarization of the Crimean Peninsula<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The\u00a0ATESH\u00a0partisan movement documented the movement of a military train at the Dzhankoi railway hub. According to an ATESH agent, the train was transporting fuel, kerosene, and ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Propaganda of the occupying administrations and incitement to hostility:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 Students at a school in the Pervomaiske district are being forced to weave camouflage nets, while the so-called\u00a0Mayak Tavridy\u00a0fund organizes aid deliveries for the Russian military. Additionally, local residents are being pressured to provide construction materials and food, and farmers are being enlisted to repair Russian military equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6 The regional stage of the Russian contest\u00a0&#8220;We are Descendants of Victory&#8221;\u00a0has launched in Alupka, involving 11 teams from various educational institutions across Crimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcccThe Mission continues to receive inquiries from Ukrainian citizens who want to leave Crimea because they cannot tolerate the occupation and total propaganda.
