Main news of the week:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 The General Staff reported the hitting of a “Nebo-SVU” radar station near Gvardiiske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 The 414th Separate Brigade “Madyar’s Birds” struck a “Pantsir-S1” anti-aircraft missile and gun system in Feodosiia, an “Iskander” operational-tactical missile system base in Mizhhiria and Kurortne, as well as two oil depots \u2014 “Oktyabrske” and in Hlybokyi Yar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 Furthermore, servicemen of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) hit three warships: two large landing ships (LSTs) of the Russian Navy, “Yamal” and “Azov,” and one unidentified vessel. They also damaged an antenna block of the “Delfin” communication system, an MR-10M1 “Mys-M1” radar station, and fuel tanks at the “Yugtorsan” oil depot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 The “Ghosts” special unit of the GUR MO struck two landing ships in Sevastopol: the Project 775 LST “Yamal” and the Project 1171 LST “Nikolay Filchenkov.” They also managed to destroy a “Podlyot-K1” radar station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 According to the National Resistance Center, the occupiers are training prison psychologists for work in the temporarily occupied territories to teach them new methods of psychological influence on prisoners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invaders\u2019 crimes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 As of March 11, 2026, 286<\/strong> individuals are subject to political persecution on the territory of occupied Crimea, 159<\/strong> of whom are Crimean Tatars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 As of April 8, 2026, 1,722<\/strong> cases under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the RF regarding the so-called discrediting of the armed forces of the russian federation have been recorded in the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea. In 1,591<\/strong> cases, a fine was imposed or the case was combined with another proceeding under a different article with an aggregate decision. In 17<\/strong> cases, the proceedings are still ongoing. Women account for 53% (843) of the rulings, while men account for 47% (746).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 The health of political prisoner Arsen Abkhairov is deteriorating. He suffers from headaches, blood pressure fluctuations, and vision impairment. The occupiers detained Abkhairov in 2019 following searches and later sentenced him to 13 years of imprisonment in a fabricated case. He is currently held in penal colony No. 9 in the Chuvash Republic of the RF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 Another political prisoner, Ernest Seitosmanov, was transferred from the “Vladimir Central” prison in Vladimir to penal colony No. 2 in Angarsk, Irkutsk region of the RF. In May 2023, the man was sentenced to 17.5 years of imprisonment in a falsified case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 Serhii Lykhomanov was transferred from the territory of the RF to SIZO No. 2 in temporarily occupied Simferopol. Initially, the occupiers sentenced the man to 5 years in a penal colony, accusing him of alleged “transportation of explosives.” However, in October 2025, the charge was re-qualified as “treason,” and the sentence was increased to 15 years of imprisonment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 The Russians have moved another political prisoner, Ihor Kupych, to penal colony No. 25 in the Komi Republic of the RF. This colony is known for actively recruiting prisoners for the war against Ukraine. Previously, the man was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for alleged “preparation of sabotage.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 The transfer also affected Seiran Khairedinov, who was previously sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in a fabricated case. The occupiers moved him to penal colony No. 6 in the Pskov region of the RF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forcible conscription:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 At least 3,034 russian servicemen from units stationed in Crimea have died. 1,555 of them were likely Ukrainian citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 At least 125 russian soldiers from Crimea have been confirmed as captured. Most are likely citizens of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Propaganda of the occupation administrations and incitement to hostility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 According to activists of the “Yellow Ribbon” (Zhovta Strichka) movement, starting from September 1, the RF will require owners of .ru, .\u0440\u0444, and .su domains to register sites via the “Gosuslugi” (State Services) portal and undergo verification through the so-called Unified Identification and Authentication System. In effect, this will make anonymous site administration impossible and strengthen state control over internet resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 Russians continue to systematically militarize the youth. For instance, this week, the Russians once again held their military-patriotic game “Zarnitsa 2.0” at the Novoandriivka school in the Simferopol district. Students from 11 educational institutions joined the so-called game. Schoolchildren competed in “knowledge of the history of the armed forces of the RF,” drill, and physical and military-tactical training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 Furthermore, the occupiers launched drone piloting courses for teenagers at the “Artek” camp. The program includes training in operating simulators and real UAVs, as well as familiarization with programs related to chemical technologies and AI-controlled systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25b6 Separately, the Russians are organizing “propaganda excursions” for the youth. The occupiers brought 50 children from the Zaporizhzhia region to Crimea, specifically to the “Artek” camp and Crimean schools. In this way, the occupiers are attempting to erase Ukrainian identity in children and shape a “correct” version of history for the new generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
