Noyabr 28 k\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fl\u0131q taraf\u0131ndan mesken quruc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na qoltutqan Devlet fondun\u0131\u00f1 (Derjmolodj\u0131tlo) territorial merkezleri \u2018\u2018Keli\u015fken mesken\u2019\u2019 programmas\u0131nda i\u015ftirak etmege istegen adamlardan vesiqalarn\u0131 qabul etmege ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n

2017 senesi mart 16 k\u00fcn\u00fc Ukraina Yuqar\u0131 \u015euras\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan qabul etilgen \u2018\u2018D\u00fcnyadaki maliyeviy buhrann\u0131\u00f1 quruc\u0131l\u0131q saas\u0131na ve mesken quruc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na tesir etmesine qar\u015f\u0131l\u0131q k\u00f6ster\u00fcv aqq\u0131nda\u2019\u2019 Qanun\u0131n\u0131\u00f1 4 maddesine kirsetilgen ve devlet mesken programmalarn\u0131 yerine ketir\u00fcvnen ba\u011fl\u0131 ol\u011fan de\u00f1i\u015fmeler boyunca, imtiyazl\u0131 \u015fekilde ev sat\u0131n aluv mehanizm\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma\u011fa ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Vesiqa, antiterroristik ameliyat i\u015ftirak\u00e7ilerni\u00f1 aileleri ve devlet i\u00e7inde k\u00f6\u00e7ken adamlar i\u00e7\u00fcn keli\u015fken mesken programmas\u0131nda i\u015ftirak et\u00fcv vastas\u0131 ile qo\u015fma imk\u00e2nlarn\u0131 belgiley. Bu\u00f1a k\u00f6re, olar devletnen b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015fip yar\u0131m fiyatqa mesken, ya da mesken meselesini \u00e7ezmek i\u00e7\u00fcn y\u0131lda 7% imtiyazl\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 ala bileler. Programman\u0131\u00f1 \u015fartlar\u0131na k\u00f6re, devlet i\u00e7inde k\u00f6\u00e7ken insanlar i\u00e7\u00fcn devlet yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131\u00f1 miqdar\u0131 50% te\u015fkil ete.<\/p>\n

Leyhan\u0131\u00f1 \u015fartlar\u0131 ve kerek ol\u011fan vesi\u011falarn\u0131\u00f1 cedveli ile tafsil\u00e2tl\u0131ca \u2018\u2018Keli\u015fken mesken\u2019\u2019 programmas\u0131n\u0131\u00f1 https:\/\/www.molod-kredit.gov.ua\/zhytlovi-prohramy\/dostupne-zhytlo<\/a> saifesinde tan\u0131\u015f olma\u011fa m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n

Devlet migratsiya h\u0131zmetini\u00f1 izaat\u0131na k\u00f6re, devlet i\u00e7inde k\u00f6\u00e7ken insanlar\u011fa ya\u015fama yeri aqq\u0131nda vesiqalarn\u0131 (<\/strong>\u211613 <\/strong>mal\u00fcmat k\u00e2g\u0131t\u0131n\u0131) <\/strong>\u00a0tap\u015f\u0131rma\u011fa kerekmey.
