Further illegal searches and detention of the Crimean Tatars took place in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea on November 16th.
The security officials conducted an illegal search in the house of Lenar and Mustafa Mustafayev in the village of Pushkino of Radyanskyi district on the ground of supposed suspicion of the spread of narcotic drugs; the family members were informed of it verbally in the course of a punitive action. During this search no forbidden substances were found at the Mustafayev’s house and in the possession of their relatives. Despite the lack of evidence in suspicion, Mustafa was illegally arrested. At this time, his place of location is unknown.
