On 16 November 2018 the Chief Consultant of the Department of International Connections of the Mission Valeria Pakhomova took part in the meeting of the officials, scientists and experts with the specialist on international rule of law, associate professor of Joko ham University Makoto Seta. In the debates “The Rule of Law for the Oceans: the Vision of Japanese Scientists”, the experience in setting conflicts was discussed using the example of maritime boundary delimitation in Asia by the instruments of international maritime law and its meaning for Ukraine.
