In August 20, 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC held a working meeting on the development of algorithm of including an additional information about the history and culture of its Indigenous Peoples in Crimea into the basic curriculum of secondary and higher education. The representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance, Mejlis of Crimean Tatar People, of the Tavrida National University named after Vernadsky participated in the meeting.

The issues of secondary and higher educational subjects to be supplemented with the additional information about the history, culture of Crimea and its Indigenous People were highlighted. The preliminary assessment of implementation of the educational program “Crimea – Ukraine” was done, as well. The meeting resulted in the algorithm to improve the interaction between the educational centers “ Crimea – Ukraine”, Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Mission of the President of Ukraine in ARC and applicants for entry – residents of TOT of Ukraine in Crimea.
