On 19 November 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin and the Chief Consultant of the Department of legal Analysis Ruslan Seidametov participated in the regular meeting of the Coordinative Council on the development of the proposals for the implementation of transitional justice.

During the meeting, the members of the Coordinative Council and the experts discussed the amendments and additions to the Conception of transitional justice, outlined in the Part II of the draft law “On the Principles of State Policy on Protecting Human Rights in the Context of Overcoming the Consequences of the Armed Conflict”. The Permanent Representative highlighted and justified the amendments to the Part II of the draft. The drafting process is ongoing now.
