In May, 11 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin met with the leadership of the International Committee of the Red Cross Odessa office. During the meeting it was discussed the ways of further cooperation on the issues of humanitarian aid to the IDPs’ families from Crimea, certification of the detainees who had resided in Crimea before 2014, the ways of strengthening of the institutional capacity of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, particularly in the regions adjacent to the administrative boundary line.
