Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anton Korynevych and President of the East Europe Foundation Victor Liakh have signed the memorandum. 

The memorandum is aimed at:

1. joint implementation of measures to counter Russian aggression, deoccupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol;
2. achieving the goals of the Joint Declaration of the International Crimea Platform Participants;
3. coordination of efforts aimed at forming and ensuring the sustainable operation of the Expert Network in the Crimea Platform as an important component of the international consultation and coordination format.
