Solely the Ukrainian side should decide entering and exit from the temporarily occupied Crimea. Crossing is allowed only through the checkpoints, established at the administrative border with the occupied peninsula.

The Mission condemns another uncoordinated visit of the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin to the territory of Ukraine, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation on 23 December 2019.

Such actions of the Russian Federation is another gross violation of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine by the Russian side including   blatant disregard of the generally recognized of the principles and rules of the International Law.

Emphasize that any activity of the RF on Crimea will not change the internationally recognized status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol as the integral parts of the territory of Ukraine, enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine.
