The occupants restored a movement of vehicles and pedestrians through the administrative border opposite the checkpoints – Chongar, Kalanchak and Chaplynka according to the information provided by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine as at 10:30 a.m. The vehicles are passed across the border slowly.

According to the reports of citizens who crossed the administrative border for the period covering November 01st 1:30 a.m. – November 01st 10:30 a.m. the passage of citizens and vehicles was not carried out due to the failure of database of occupation authorities.
