The occupiers have criminally convicted three Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied Crimea on charges of alleged “terrorist activity”. Alim Sufyanov and Seyran Khayredinov were sentenced to 12 years in a maximum security colony, and Oleksandr Sizikov to 17 years.
The Russian court decided to illegally impose the longest sentence on a blind person with a group 1 disability, and deprived him of the last word at the trial. Prior to this “sentence”, since July 2020, Oleksandr Sizikov had been under house arrest, and Ismet Ibragimov, Zekirya Muratov, Vadim Bektemirov, Emil Ziyadinov, Alim Sufianov and Seyran Khayredinov, who were detained with him, were placed in custody.
Only the de-occupation of Crimea will put an end to the persecution of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people!
