Under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor’s General Office, it has been completed a pretrial investigation in case of 8 ex-higher officials of the AR of Crimea on actions aimed at forcible changing the constitutional order or seizure of state power, violation the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, high treason and establishment of criminal organization. 

Pretrial investigation was conducted by the officers of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine.
