The State Border Guard Service took a decision on temporarily closure of the checkpoints “Kalanchk” and “Chaplynka” in order to preserve life and health of the staff of the State Border Guard Service and citizens, residing within the administrative boundary line in response to environmental emergencies at the plant “Titan” in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea. The border guards will remain in service at the closed checkpoints but citizens and automobiles will be permitted to cross the administrative line in the case of emergency.
