In Ukraine from the 6th of February to the 17th of March 2017 there will be the main period of secondary school graduates’ registration for standing in the External Independent Testing (EIT-2017). The main session will be held from the 23rd of May to the 16th of June.
There will be also an additional session from the 3rd to the 12th of July 2017, for which you can register from the 3rd to the 20th of May. This procedure is provided for those, who live on the temporarily occupied territory and who will have no opportunity to register for the main session in time.
Crimeans can also file documents for passing the External Independent Testing remotely with the help of e-mail. You have to perform a range of sequential actions to register.
The graduates from Crimea can choose a school in the mainland Ukraine and secure their place in this school by filing a motion to the headmaster of the educational institution.
Then you have to familiarize yourself with the rules of admission to the chosen higher educational institution, where there is a list of subjects, the results of which are to be submitted to the educational institution.
It is necessary to select subjects for which it is preferable to obtain scores of the state final examination. This year graduates have to pass Ukrainian language and literature, Mathematics or History at choice, and also the third subject from the proposed list: Mathematics, History of Ukraine, Spanish, French, German, Russian, English, Biology, Geography, Physics, and Chemistry. Moreover, one can pass one more, the fourth, subject in the form of EIT, which is not compulsory.
The graduates have to prepare for the registration the list of documents:
• graduate’s passport copy (in case of its non-availability the passport of one of the parents or the trustee has to be provided with the copy of the page where the information about place of registration is indicated);
• two identical photos for documents the size of which is 3 х 4 with the portrait corresponding to the attained years;
• registration card which you can form by using the special service “To register” and which is posted on the Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assessment site. Changes to the registration data can be made till the 31st of March of the current year.
Crimeans can seek assistance of the Kherson Regional Centre for Educational Quality Assessment, which services and consults the Ukrainian citizens, who temporarily live on the occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
The person who has registered successfully will get from the regional centre the certificate of External Independent Testing, informational statement and notification of the participant’s registration in the External Independent Testing.
Residents of the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula, who have registered for the External Independent Testing and filed documents online, will receive the notification by the electronic address.
For help and consultations Crimean people can always turn to the Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by using any convenient way of connection.
Dear graduates! Do not put the registration off until the last days. This can cause additional difficulties for you and for the workers of the regional centers.
We wish you success!
